Also, you will receive the materials for webinars which will be  available for downloading 24 hrs before the start of the webinar.    

 In situations where you are incapable of attending the webinar at the scheduled time, you can transfer the webinar anytime to another participant by sending an email to cs@onlineaudiotraining.com. It is essential to provide the participant's name and contact details so that we can get in touch with them.  If the date and time of the webinar don't suit you, you can always opt for DVD recordings or purchase the webinar in the PDF form (transcripts). You can also request to replay the webinar at your convenient schedule, for which all you need to do is communicate with our customer care.

 The electronic transcripts take generally 10 working days to reach your destination/given mailing address.

 Generally, it takes 10 working days to deliver the ordered DVD once the live program has been conducted.

 You can attend the webinar by simply login with your credentials from any electronic device-phone, tablet, iPad, desktop, laptop with a good internet connection.

 You will receive your login credentials 24 hours on your registered email address before the commencement of the scheduled webinar. You will also receive purchased webinar materials that you can download 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled webinar.

 During a live webinar, the user will be provided with the required instructions on how to ask questions after the completion of the live webinar. Usually last 15 minutes of the webinar is kept for the question and answer session. 

 You will receive instructions for accessing your CEU Certificate and CEU index number in the CEU with the DVD. In case of the electronic transcript, the guidelines will be mailed to you on the provided email address.
