Onlineaudiotraining Cancellation, Substitution, and Refund Policy

Cancellation (only for Live Webinar):

Cancellations won't be proceeded if paid in the last 72 working hours before the webinar date. Only webinar payments received before the last 72 working hours will be refunded with a small cancellation processing fee of $30. It is recommended to the customers to notify us at the earliest in case of not attending the webinar.

Substitution (Only for Live Webinar):

Substitution means either you substitute a webinar for a different upcoming webinar or substitute an attendee in place of the registered participants. Replacements for a live webinar are permitted to avoid the processing fee.

 

Substitution / Cancellation will not be accepted in the following cases:-

 

  • If the registered attendee missed the webinar.
  • If the registered attendee would not be able to inform us before 72 hours of the live webinar.
  • If the registered attendee didn't receive the webinar instructions due to e-mail bounce/firewall protection.
  • If there occurs a system incompatibility at the attendee's side.

 

Refund Policy for Live & Recorded Webinars (Pre-Recorded & On-Demand Webinars)

 

In situations where we need to postpone the live webinar due to any unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be accepted/ processed. Registrants will be provided with another option to choose on-demand webinar of the same postponed webinar at any day without paying any product subscription fees.

Refunds will not be provided in circumstances where customers didn't receive any instructions and failed to raise the complaint to the customer support at least 72 hours before the start of the live webinar. Also if the customers were unable to receive any instructions or login credentials due to e-mail bounce or firewall protection, then it is the responsibility of the customers to inform the same to the customer support to get the issues resolved.

 

Special Cases:

 

  • In cases where while attending a live webinar/ pre-recorded session, a technical glitches like auditory disturbances or visual problems occurs, refunds will be transferred only after proper examination from exact time and duration provided by the customer/ attendee. Once we are satisfied with our examined result, your refund will be initiated.
  • No refunds will be provided in case of the webinar being rescheduled by the speaker. In that case, the event will hold off, or the product worth the same amount will be rendered.
  • No refund will be transferred in case of multiple orders for the same/ different products with the same contact information.
  • No refund will be made if the customer doubled the order by mistake and failed to inform the company within 24 hours of the transaction. Payment confirmation from the payment gateway is sent to the customer's email address. It is the customer's responsibility to check the email folders including junk/ spam to confirm the same.
  • No refund will be processed for an On- Demand/ Pre-recorded session after the webinar instructions are delivered. It is always advised to our customers to review all the available options and go thoroughly to the training agenda.

 

Refund Policy for DVD:

 

In case of damaged or malfunctioning DVD, customers will be provided with the new replaced DVD but only after the submission of proper evidence (photo or video) exhibiting damage or malfunction of the product. The damaged DVD should be shipped within a week from receiving the damaged product.

Refund Policy for Transcript/ Digital Download:

In the case of Transcripts and Digital downloads, no money will be refunded

 

What If I am not contented with the training provided in the live webinar?

 

Our webinar sessions are tailored to serve a diverse audience with distinctive professional needs where we strive our best to cater the needs through our high-quality webinars and related products. Our belief in complete customer satisfaction lets us share the training highlights and benefits of the webinar on our website. We insist our customers read the related information before registering. Therefore, in this case, a refund is not possible.

Webinars organized by Onlineaudiotraining are subject to customer's requirement. Online audio training reserves the right to cancel/postpone webinars on the subject at short notice with no loss or liability.
